Import and Distribution

The distribution Center is based in Addis Ababa (capital city), we have Regional sales and marketing coordinators based in six major cities covering most regional major cities and rural parts of Ethiopia. By using Regional wholesalers and sales representative, our products reach all corners of Ethiopia. Marketing and promotion is essential for demand Creation which increasing sales volume for products we are importing. In order to raise awareness for our products, our marketing strategy is designed as follows.

Currently there are about 4,200 practicing physicians in Addis Ababa. Our marketing teams has divided the area and cover all Addis Ababa,
Our management team uses the information gathered from the sales visits made to retail outlets to align with the Marketing team; this allows the medical representatives to know which products are being prescribed and which products needs more work.
We have about 458 Local wholesale customers located in different parts of Ethiopia which we call them our Collaborator to address our Customers in up countries.

We also cater to retail outlets and about 1,050 retail outlets purchase our products directly from us. We tend to retail outlets in order to increase our product availability and allow us to penetrate all areas Our Company is well known in all major cities of Ethiopia

We represent Companies in Government Tender with minimum Commission. To Address Public Institution we focus in Government Procurement Body, pharmaceutical Supply agency (PSA)

Closely work with PSA and Public Hospitals to include the Product in the procurement list after demand Creation
Timely Purchasing Tender Documents
Attend tender opening Ceremony in the behalf of Suppliers
Closely working with working with Supplier through Tender Life cycle till product is delivered to PSA store
